Joseph started his career in law firms; initially hired in various support staff positions, he earned promotions to Network Administrator, Network Manager, and ultimately IT Director at each. 
 
Next, while helping to grow a number of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) as a Senior Network Engineer and Lead Project Manager, Joseph also worked as an independent computer consultant for decades. Having gained broad and extensive experience in the field for 20+ years, he has developed a longstanding client-base consisting of sole practitioner attorneys, law firms and the small-to-medium business (SMB) sector.
